(Early Access) Requests new credentials for the App Registration

Requests new credentials for the App Registration. The requested credentials replace the previous data.

If the request does not include a clientSecret it is generated automatically and included in the response.
If the request does not include a name the name is set to the consumerKey provided in the request.
