Update environment runtime configuration

Update the runtime configuration attributes for an environment to enable or disable runtime configuration
and to require Solace queue configuration and client profile name templates.

Your token must have one of the permissions listed in the Token Permissions.

The configuration push mode where 'disabled' indicates that configuration changes will not be pushed to event broker on deployment. 'auto' indicates that configuration changes will be automatically pushed to event broker on deployment. 'onDemand' indicates that configuration changes will be pushed to event broker only when requested by the user. 'selfManaged' indicates that the user is responsible for pushing configuration changes to event broker.
