Create and enable a cloud-managed Dynamic Message Routing (DMR) cluster on an event broker service that does not have one. The cluster credential is generated and stored automatically. You can provide a cluster name; otherwise, one is generated.
Your token must have one of the permissions listed in the Token Permissions.
